   • For questions or concerns regarding your gift card, including redemption or validity, please contact the hotel directly.
     
     
5. Liability
   • The hotel is solely responsible for the fulfillment of services and products associated with the gift card.
   • Godo assumes no liability for disputes, claims, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of the gift card.
     
     
6. Privacy
   • Any personal information collected during the purchase process is managed by the hotel in accordance with its privacy policy.
   • For details on how your data is used or protected, please refer to the hotel’s privacy policy.
     
     
7.  Acknowledgment
   By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. You agree to communicate directly with the hotel for all matters related to your gift card, including payments, modifications, cancellations, and customer support.
